My First Experience using Zoranga.com

 Just Few days ago, I posted on how to Convert Your Recharge card and airtime to Real cash and pay Into your Bank account using Zoranga.com, you can Read the post HERE

I’m sure most of us have tried their service, If you haven’t, here is my experience with them below.

Like I posted also, they charge a service fee of 11.5% from total amount, so on my first trial, I loaded a N3000 MTN Recharge card and sent N2,500 to my Diamond Bank account, a fee of N245 was deducted, Not from the N2,500 but from my remaining balance, as it was stated there, they promised a confirmation bank Alert with 1hour.

I waited for up to 3 hours without any Alert, being my first time, I had to contact them to place my complaint. At this point, I was having second thoughts whether they were scam or not, but their reply was that I would get the alert by 9am the Following day, they also apologized for the inconvenience caused.

 At about 8:30 am the Next day, I got the alert Below;

Credit Alert!
Acc#: ******0461

So just Incase you were having second thoughts about zoranga.com, I hope I’ve cleared your doubt, and please note that I’m no way affiliated with zoranga.com whatsoever.
